彦瀧大明神（彦瀧さん） Hikotaki Daimyojin
Dedicated to the white snake.
Dedicated to the white snake, the grounds of Hikotaki Daimyojin are shrouded in mystery, with large shimenawa, or sacred rice-straw ropes, strung over the riverbed. The shrine has a strong following as the deity for women-specific diseases and easy childbirth, and is known to the locals as Hikotakisan.
