Oysters raised in the waters of Uramura, where seawater and fresh water mix and are rich in nutrients, have become popular and are shipped to Tokyo and Osaka as "Uramura Oysters."
In winter, many oyster huts are lined up along the Pearl Road, and the all-you-can-eat oysters they offer are very popular.
You can eat delicious oysters at a reasonable price, so the huts bustle with tourists during the season.
